❗ Platform Fees — No Refunds

All fees paid to RentalX are non-refundable. This includes:

• Platform service fees
• SaaS subscription fees
• Feature upgrades
• Add-ons
• Wallet top-ups (if applicable)

🚗 Vehicle Rental Payments

RentalX is not responsible for rental refunds. Any refund related to a vehicle rental must be handled directly between:

• The Vehicle Owner (Host)
• The Customer (Renter)

Each Host may set their own cancellation policy.

⚠️ Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued if required by law.
