Terms of Service

1. Driver Requirements

The driver must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driving license held for a minimum of 2 years. International drivers must provide a valid passport and license.

2. Security Deposit

A security deposit is required upon vehicle collection to cover potential damages, fuel shortages, or traffic fines. The deposit amount depends on the vehicle category and will be fully refunded at the end of the rental period if the car is returned in the same condition as received.

3. No Smoking Policy

Strictly No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all our vehicles. If the vehicle is returned with an odor of smoke or ash, a professional cleaning fee of €50 will be charged automatically.

4. Speed Limits and Traffic Fines

The renter must respect all local traffic laws and speed limits. Any traffic fines, parking tickets, or administrative penalties incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter. An administrative fee may apply for processing fines.

5. Insurance Options & Liability

All our vehicles include TPL (Third Party Liability) insurance as required by law. Additionally, we offer two levels of protection:

• Standard Kasko (80% Coverage): The renter is covered for major damages, but maintains a 20% financial responsibility (excess) of the total damage cost. The price for this option is displayed during the booking process.
• Full Kasko (100% Coverage - Zero Excess): The renter has zero financial responsibility for damages to the vehicle body. This is our premium protection for a stress-free journey.

Important: Regardless of the insurance chosen, the following are NOT covered:

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Damages to the interior of the car.
• Loss of car keys or documents.
• Damage caused by driving on unpaved or off-road tracks.
• Misfueling (putting the wrong fuel type).

In case of any accident, a police report is mandatory for the insurance to be valid.

6. Vehicle Care and Cleaning

The vehicle should be returned in a clean condition. If the car is returned excessively dirty (stains on seats, sand, mud), a cleaning fee of €20 - €50 will be applied.

7. Fuel Policy

The vehicle is provided with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same level. If returned with less fuel, the renter will be charged for the missing fuel plus a service fee.

8. Cross-Border Travel

Driving the vehicle outside the Republic of Albania is only permitted with prior written authorization and the purchase of the necessary Green Card insurance.
