By booking with us, you agree to be contacted for service-related updates regarding your car rental.

5. GPS Tracking and Privacy

The vehicle is equipped with a GPS tracking system for security and operational purposes. The GPS system is used solely to enhance the security of the vehicle, monitor compliance with applicable speed limits, assist our staff in verifying that the vehicle is being used in accordance with the terms and conditions of this rental agreement, including restrictions on unauthorized roads or areas, and to help prevent and recover the vehicle in the event of theft. The GPS system does not constitute an infringement of the Customer’s privacy. GPS data is collected and processed only for the purposes stated above and will not be disclosed or provided to third parties, except where required by applicable law or by competent authorities. By signing this rental agreement, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the use of GPS tracking in accordance with this clause.
